ORDER:In the Government Order first read above, orders were issued for revising the ex-gratia amount of Rs.605/ - p.m. to Rs.645/ - p.m. with effect from 4thJune, 2013 to the widows and dependent children of the deceased Contributory Provident Fund / Non-Pensionable Establishment beneficiaries ofState Government and the former District Board employees. In the Government Order second read above, orders were issued sanctioning the enhanced rate of Dearness Allowance @ 226% with effect from pt July, 2015.
2. In the Government Order third read above, it was ordered that the Dearness Allowance to the widows and dependent children of the deceased Contributory Provident Fund / Non-Pensionable Establishment beneficiaries ofState Government and the former District Board employees who are in receipt of Ex-gratia payment will be sanctioned separately.
3. In the Office Memorandum fourth read above, the Government of India has enhanced the Dearness Relief from 226% to 237% with effect from1st January. 2016 to the widows and dependent children of the deceased Contributory Provident Fund beneficiaries who are in receipt of Ex-gratia payment of Rs.645 /-.
4. Following the orders issued by the Government of India, ,the Government has now decided to sanction the enhanced rate of Dearness Allowance with effect from 1st January, 2016 to the widows and dependent
children of the deceased Contributory Provident Fund / Non-Pensionable
